At DARCHE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
